Jake de Peuter

Spoken word / performance poet, he's been described as a one-man theatre, called the epitome of intensity, accused of intellectual terrorism, and some call his presentation, simply "that thing Jake does." He's the past coordinator for "MOST VOCAL"  helping to bring poets to Lethbridge from throughout Canada, and the "Lotusland" stage at the South Country Fair. Rather than reading or hearing poems, Jake wants people to experience poetry. He graduated from The University of Lethbridge with a B.A. in English and Drama. Now he writes poetry that annoys the two peace-activist cats  who lives with him.
